Climate Solutions 10th Annual Dinner & 20th Anniversary Celebration

Hilton Portland
Thursday, November 29, 2018, 5:00pm - 8:00pm
Keynote Speaker: Hal Harvey, CEO of Energy Innovation

Our annual dinner is always a very special event  --  a great opportunity to connect with others building clean energy solutions to the climate crisis. The event sparks creative thinking, strengthens our resolve, and inspires hope, all while helping build support for the critical work of Climate Solutions in Oregon and the Northwest.

Speakers

Our Annual Dinner Keynote Speaker is Hal Harvey, CEO of Energy Innovation, a San Francisco-based energy and environmental policy firm. Since its inception in 2012, Energy Innovation has delivered high-quality research and analysis to policymakers around the world and across a range of jurisdictions to help inform their energy policy decisions. Amy Hillman will be the Emcee for the Dinner. She is the NW Client Relations Manager for the Blink Network, a CarCharging Company and a longtime supporter of Climate Solutions.

Meredith Connolly, Climate Solutions' Oregon Director will provide an update at the Dinner. Her role at Climate Solutions is to develop, advocate for and implement clean energy and climate change policies and programs to accelerate Oregon’s transition to a clean energy, low-carbon economy.

KC Golden, Senior Policy Advisor at Climate Solutions will make the ask for support. KC is a leader in the national climate movement, serving on the boards of 350.org and the US Climate Action Network. He has also been active in the utility industry, helping Seattle City Light become the first major carbon-free electric utility in the late 1990s, and as a Governor's representative to the Executive Board of Energy Northwest, a regional public power consortium. KC was one of Seattle Magazine's "Power 25" most influential people, and its #1 "Eco-Hero."
